Drawing on skin with a regular Sharpie isn't considered highly toxic, but it's not entirely safe either. Sharpies contain solvents like xylene, which can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some people. For body art, it's better to use markers specifically labeled as skin-safe or intended for cosmetic use.
