The Smead 68670 hanging file folder tabs are designed to be written on with a pencil, pen or marker. They are not designed for a printer and Smead does not offer a template for printing. Smead does offer a printable hanging file folder tabs system for 1/3 cut tabs and the item number is SMD6495 or they can be found on the Smead website by typing in 6495.
