Thank you for your note. The manufacturer, Balt, has a limited 2-year warranty. You could just call Balt at 800-749-2258, ask for customer service and they can take you through the warranty process. They will usually want your receipt, the product ID (item number from our website), and the serial number. Hope this helps!
