Please follow the steps listed below to ensure the return or exchange of your discount office supplies is properly completed:
- Complete and submit the Return/Exchange Authorization Form (RMA). E-mail an image of the defective/damaged/wrong filled product to support@ontimesupplies.com
- A Return Authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
- Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
- Once returned office products are received, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Leaving out any of the steps outlined above could result in processing delays and/or restocking fees.
Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The RMA number is only valid for 14 days after it has been issued.
