The Sharp XEA207 XE Series Electronic Cash Register uses 2 x AA size batteries in addition to its standard poer cord, to hold its preset and sales data in memory when it is switched off. If you do not install 2 x AA size batteries; the XEA207 will be cleared of all preset, and sales data when it is turned off.

This register does not requite a computer connection, as it has a built-in SC card slot for programming, back-up and reporting (card sold separately).
