Flex Seal Liquid Rubber will not help eliminate existing mold, however it is mildew- and chemical-resistant in addition to creating a barrier against moisture which is what helps mold grow.

I have a concrete wall that as much as I clean it and spray and paint with different materials the mold keeps coming back. Will this product help in that situation?
