The tabs do come attached, however they are originally blank. You must use an inkjet or laser printer along with the template to customize the titles and tab orientation. Instructions for accessing the template can be seen below:
- Visit www.Avery.com
- Copy the equivalent item number AVE 11129
- Paste into the Avery search bar
- Download the template!
