The Pendaflex Personnel Folders have 2 fasteners, one on the inside cover and one on the inside back cover. The individual sections do not come with fasteners. We do offer pressboard folders with dividers and fasteners. If you needed 8 section classification folders, we offer Item #ACC15048. If you were looking for more color options and didn't need as many sections, we offer this line of pressboard folders in four and six part divisions: Universal Bright Colored Pressboard Classification Folders. The dividers on both of these options have fasteners.
