The HON5902AB10T - ComforTask Series Swivel/Tilt Chair is available by special order with soft casters. There would be an additional charge for soft casters ($12/chair) and a 4-6 week lead time for delivery, as these are special order. As with all special order items, these are non-returnable. If you're interested in placing an order, please contact us at 1-866-501-6055 to do so. Please note: hard casters are for softer surfaces, such as carpets & area rugs. Soft casters are for use on harder surfaces such as hardwood floors, tile, or cement.
