NUD18811M - Award-A-Plaque Document Holder comes with 2 inserts in the back of the holder to allow for hanging the document either vertically or horizontally, as shown here:

Included with the Award-A-Plaque Document Holder are 4 decorative tacks. These are used to secure your document to the front of the Plaque, once you've inserted your custom certificate, as shown here:
