The CRD60950 - OneStep Printable Table of Contents/Dividers has instructions and templates for printing on the package which refer you to EastCoversAndMore.com. Click on the Product Detail tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to One Step Table of Contents. Click on Blank Templates. Select the Table of Contents you need, in the format you need it: MS Word, Power Point, or Adobe Reader (editable). Download the file in the software format you choose, open and enter your text, then print directly onto the Table of Contents sheet provided in the original package. For best results, we recommend initially printing an example on a blank sheet of paper and viewing the results alongside the Table of Contents sheet. When satisfied, load Table of Contents sheet into your printer and print.
