I was wondering if the Fendall Pure Flow emergency eyewash station is able to be deactivated by pushing the handle back in, or once you pull the handle you cannot stop the flow?

The FND320010000000 - Fendall Pure Flow 1000 Emergency Eyewash Station is a one use station. Once you pull the handle, you cannot stop the flow of water and it cannot be used again.
