I have the sb 03201 stapler. after dropping on the floor I have a small black piece that has pooped out the back. I am looking for a manual are you able to help?

According to the manufacturer, there is not a manual for the BOS03201 - NoJam Desktop Heavy-Duty Stapler. There is a one year warranty on this product which covers defects in the pusher assembly, but not necessarily against falls and damage due to breakage. However, the good people at Stanley Bostich are more than happy to speak with you about your stapler. After explaining the issue with your stapler, they think it might be the pusher assembly, and they can best troubleshoot the problem with you and work through a solution.
