There is no minimum order. Orders over $75 receive free shipping. Otherwise, there is a flat shipping rate of $7.95. You can order just 2 of the award certificate holders. According to the manufacturer, each of these award certificate holders will hold 2 sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" paper.
