The actual ball size of the PENR100A Rolling Writer Stick Roller Ball Pen is 0.8mm, but it writes a 0.4mm line width. The lines that a rollerball makes are ½ the width of the ball size. The 0.4mm line width is equal to a medium width as Pentel describes the line width.
