The HONLMSHHRIM - Adjustable Headrest fits the Endorse Series of Mesh Back Chairs. The Endorse Mesh Back Chairs have contoured frames, and the Adjustable Headrest has a clip which fits around the outside of the frame. There is a secondary piece which goes behind the frame and screws into the clip to secure it.
