The manufacturer will not say that there are other paper toilet seat covers that will work with this toilet seat cover. The dimensions for this dispenser are 17 1/2 wide x 13 1/4 high x 2 1/4 deep. The refills are 15 x 18, and we believe that if you had the same refill size you should be fine. There are so many different refills that we are not 100% if they will work or not, so we would recommend using the Scott's brand toilet seat cover refill. https://www.ontimesupplies.com/kim074...
