No. Sharpie Fabric Markers are not available in white, and Sharpie White Paint Marker ink will not survive many launderings.
I recommend giving Sharpie® Mean Streak Marking Sticks a try. While not specifically formulated for fabric, Mean Streak are made with Sharpie's most durable ink composition. The ink is unlikely to come off in the wash.
