How do I reset the combination code on the Durable 54 key box? The box was a hand-me-down & the previous dept forgot the code

Durable key cabinets are security products. As such, there is no way to re-set the combination without the current code. However, if the cabinet is open, you can special order a replacement lock by calling us at 866-501-6055. If the box is closed, you cannot replace the lock.
