No. Small handheld pencil sharpeners are your best option for pew pencils. That is because the long inner shafts of desk and wall mount sharpeners are designed for standard pencils. That long shaft is why you end up with extra tiny, extra pointy golf pencils. Small handheld sharpeners don't make such long points. Some options are:
