I need a template to print on these labels, information given referred to Avery Temple 5462. Used that and it not the correct one. Is there a template available. Thank you.

There is no template for any of the Universal® Self-Adhesive Permanent Color-Coding Labels as they are not designed for use in printers. For yellow color coding labels you can print on, check out:
