We offer four stem sizes The 7/16" C and B stems. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your chair if your stem does not match any of the illustrations in the size chart below:

Do all stemmed casters have either 3/8 or 7/16 diameters. I'm having a hard time measuring the width and honestly mine appear to be wider than 7/16. Thanks.
