I recommend contacting HP at 800-752-0900 for assistance.
I installed the printer cartridge correctly and checked 1000 times!! the machine still says install black cartridge
I installed the printer cartridge correctly and checked 1000 times!! the machine still says install black cartridge and it won't print at all:( it has never done this before, what could the problem be?
