how do you attach the square bracket to the bottom of the desk?
Is it possible to purchase just the piece that gets attached to the desk?

Easy Adjust Keyboard Tray Tracks are not are not sold separately. You'll need to buy the whole unit to replace the track. You can view the complete MMMAKT180LE Keyboard Tray assembly instructions here.
