If it is a memory reset or calculation reset use the ON/AC button to clear the memory and or calculation. If it is a strange display issue there may be a small hole on the back of the calculator that is labeled reset. Push a paperclip down into the hole which houses a small reset button. This will also reset the calculator. You can view the complete operation manual here.
