GPC26301 Paper Towel Rolls have 1.625" cores. These universal rolls fit most roll towel dispensers, including the GP54338. Since you are having trouble loading the paper towels into your dispenser, I recommend contacting Georgia Pacific at 1-866-Hello GP for troubleshooting and assistance.
