First, lets make sure you are using the right paper towels for your dispenser. The GPC5665001 is a universal dispenser, meaning you can use C-Fold and Multifold Towels by any brand, so long as they are the right size (9.2" x 9.4" for multifold towels; 10.10" x 13.2" for c-fold.) Georgia Pacific® Professional recommends 20204 Multifold Paper Towels and 20241 C-Fold Paper Towels.
Once you've got the right towels, place them in the dispenser folded side down. This allows users to remove the towels one at a time, one right after the other.
