To insert batteries and refill the dispenser: press the button located at the top of the dispenser to release the lid, then pull apart.
I purchased this however, there are no instructions so I don't know how to open it. I don't want to force anything
I purchased this however, there are no instructions so I don't know how to open it. I don't want to force anything cause any breakage. How do you open to replace batteries and fragrance?
