AVE -11959 dividers do not use labels. They are designed for hand-written labeling only. The tabs are .44" x .5" -- smaller than any pre-cut labels on the market. Pre-printed index dividers, such as Avery® Preprinted Legal Index Tab Dividers, may be sufficient for your needs.
If you need custom, printed labels, you'll need to use a label maker and 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" label tape, such as:
