We need instructions as to how to refill the flower dispenser. We cant seem to get it apart.

Hold onto the flower petals with one hand and hold onto the stem with the other hand.
Pull flower petals straight out from the stem, twisting clockwise/counterclockwise slightly to loosen the petals (this may be slightly difficult to do the first couple of times).
Remove the used roll of tape from the flower tape dispenser.
Insert the new roll.
Replace the flower petal by pushing it back onto the stem.
