The Alera Electric Height-Adjustable Table Base comes with the hardware needed to attach the bas to a table top. The stabilizing cross bar kit is part of the base and sold separately.
Please note: mounting the table base and cross bar kit to anything other than an Alera® Valencia Series Training Table Top voids the warranty.
