You'll need at least 3' 6" of clearance space around your table for chairs. So, since the shortest side of your room is 12' 8", or 152", the table's diameter should be 68" or less.
The other factor to consider is the number of users. With round tables, a good rule of thumb is to allow one foot of diameter for every user.
