I have a conference room with dimensions of 14' 8" x 12' 8" - what size round table would I require? Also, is there such a thing as a round table with a leaf?

You'll need at least 3' 6" of clearance space around your table for chairs. So, since the shortest side of your room is 12' 8", or 152", the table's diameter should be 68" or less.
