The USAF Technical Manual Binder is a 5" x 8" ring binder. It has 1" rings, so it holds about 175 pages. The best plain-cover alternatives are the 5-1/2" X 8-1/2" Avery Mini Binders with 1" rings. However, if you need your binder to hold 200 pages encased in sheet protectors, I recommend you go with the AVE27554 Mini Durable Binder w/Gap Free Round Rings.
