The blue box is an older picture of the product. C-Line no longer makes name badge holders with PVC (aka vinyl), so they updated the packaging. C-Line (as well as Avery and other leading manufacturers) switched to the more environmentally friendly polypropylene. All PVC-free, polypropylene name badges have a somewhat frosted finish. It doesn't affect legibility at all, but it's a definite difference from the old smooth and shiny vinyl.
