Avery considers the paper weight or density of Avery labels proprietary information, so there is no way to know the exact paper weight. However, these labels are designed to work in laser printers. Sometimes, laser printer rollers won't grab the label sheets. If that happens, just change your printer settings to "photo paper matte."
