The QL 580N is a thermal label printer, so it doesn't use ink. There is no ink cartridge to replace.
If you are having trouble using using your label printer, I suggest you call Brother directly at 800-284-4357. Their customer service team can walk you through troubleshooting to determine exactly what is wrong with your label printer and handle any warranty issues if necessary.
