While the HOD51407 Class Book by House of Doolittle™ does have a gradebook for up to 35 students, it does not feature lesson planning pages. You might prefer the HOD50907 Teacher's Planner.

This House of Doolittle™ Teacher's Planner offers two-page-per-week planner pages for lesson planning, as well as test / attendance records. It covers 40 weeks and 7 class period.
