Thank you for your question about Canon® FAXPHONE L100 Laser Fax Machine. This machine does provide fax confirmations. You can set up your machine to display confirmations from the keypad. Here's how to do it:

Press Report Button
Use the Arrow Buttons around the OK Button to highlight Report Settings on the menu screen, then press OK.
Highlight TX Sending Result and press OK.
Highlight ON and press OK.
