These file guides are the exact opposite of flimsy! They are made out of polypropylene, a type of plastic, so they are even more durable than pressboard. They are ideal for active file systems because they can stand up to a lot of use. Thanks to the poly construction, you don't have to worry about these file guides bending, ripping or tearing. Nor will you have to deal with torn off tabs. They are also moisture resistant -- you can just wipe off any spills.
