Thank you for your question about Advantus® ID Badge Holder w/Clip AVT75456.
The 4" x 3" badge inserts go in at the top of the holder, right next to the clip. If you need badge inserts, recommend Avery Name Badge Insert Refills. You can use them in inkjet and laser printers, and customize them with Avery Templates. Just enter 5392 in the search box at Avery.com
