Thank you for your question about Franklin Cleaning Technology® T.E.T. #2 Neutral Floor Cleaner.
You don't have to rinse if you mix this floor cleaner to the proper dilution. If you mix it too strong, it will dry a little tacky. T.E.T. #2 Neutral Floor Cleaner has a portion control cup at the neck. If you're using T.E.T. #2 Neutral Floor Cleaner with an automatic scrubber, mix 1 cup of floor cleaner with 8 gallons of water. If you are using a mop bucket, mix 1 cup of cleaner with 4 gallons of water.
