Hi Rachel,
Thank you for your question about Presstex Report Covers.
This report cover holds 300 sheets of legal-size 8-1/2 x 14" paper. The fastener has two prongs that are 8-1/2" inches apart. That means you can use a standard hole punch; it will just make an extra hole in the middle. The fastener will hide the extra hole though, so your document will have a neat and professional appearance.
