Trodat Professional Date Stamps have 12-year date ranges, guaranteed to last a minimum of 10 years from the day of purchase. That means if you buy a Trodat stamp in 2014, the date range will stretch to at least 2024, though the start date may be 2013 or 2012.
The stamp pad has enough ink for 10,000 impressions. So if you use your dater 20 times a day, 5 times a week, the stamp pad will last for about two years. When it runs dry, you can pick up the T5440 Dater Replacement Ink Pad here.
