Hi Keith,

Thank you for your question about the Vaultz® Plastic & Steel Cash Box w/Tumbler Lock. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to reset the combination code without first using the original code.

You'll have to destroy the lock to retrieve the contents of the box. Vaultz recommends using a flat head screwdriver to pry open the box. Once you do this, the box will be operational. Before you destroy your cash box, I recommend you contact Vaultz for troubleshooting. You can reach them at (866) 459-2400, support@ideastreamproducts.com or through their website.
