Thank you for your question about Maco Multipurpose Labels.
We do not carry 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" labels. The closest size we have are these Multipurpose 4" x 6" Avery Labels (#AVE 05454.) These labels are blank, so you can rotate them to the landscape orientation for 6" x 4" labels.
You can customize these labels with the 5454 Templates at Avery.com
