Hi Beth, Thank you for your question about Universal One Desktop Laminators. Universal desktop laminators can only accomodate laminator pouches, so you can't use them to laminate banners. You'll need to use a roll laminator. Heat-free roll laminators are enerally the most economical option for laminating banners. We offer a few options from Scotch:

These manual roll laminators are perfect for classroom banners and such, in practically any length. However, manual roll laminators are best for individual, occasional use. If you need to laminate multiple oversized documents on a frequent basis, a heavy duty electric roll laminator is the better option. Check out the:
