Thank your for your question about Quality Park™ Employee Record Folders.
These are regular manila file folders without sealed sides or expanding gussets. If you need a file pocket with sealed sides for employee records, TOPS® Employee Record Master File Jackets are a better choice.
TOPS offers two options. The TOP3280 is a flat jacket without expanding gussets. The TOP32801 has gussets along the sides and expands up to 1-1/4".
