Thank you for your question about the Electrolux Sanitaire Commercial Backpack Vacuum.
You can order SC412A Vacuum Bags here. Changing the vacuum bag is pretty simple. I've posted a step by step guide below. You can also download complete maintenance and operation instructions here.
How to replace the SC412A Paper Vacuum Bag.Turn off main power switch and unplug vacuum cleaner. Do not wrap the power cord in the cord retainer.

Remove the vacuum hose from the top of unit.
Release the two latches and lift off the lid.
Separate the lid from the paper bag insert and dispose of paper bag.
Remove, clean, dust and replace the cloth filter bag.
Insert the new paper bag, making sure to align the lid nozzle with the bag hole.
Replace the latches.
