Hi Ari,

Thank you for your question about the 3M Easy-Adjust Monitor Arm.

Easy-Adjust Monitor Arms don't require any drilling. You can mount the arms through the cable grommets on your desk. Or, if your desk doesn't have any grommet holes, you can clamp the arms to the ledge.

The only tools you need to assemble and mount the arms are a Phillips screwdriver and two 9/16" sockets. You can checkout the complete installation guide here.
