Hi Eileen,

Thank you for your question about the 1217A Medium Duty AutoFolder Folding Machine.

This folding machine can handle card stock with up to a 135 lb. paper weight. Most index card stock paper is around 110 lb., well within the 1217A's capabilities. Still, I recommend you double check your paper's weight. Most manufacturers list that information on the packaging.
